Ockbrook-based Ivy House Environmental have welcomed new recruit Sarah Hey to their team this month, heralding another step in the company’s journey of growth and expansion this year.
She will join as Geo-Environmental Engineer with four years of experience in the field, and will be responsible for managing and running site investigations for developer clients across the UK. Sarah, a graduate of Leicester University, previously worked as a Site Investigation Engineer for WYG in Nottingham.
Ivy House Environmental are a chartered environmental consultancy providing advice to the land, property, construction, waste, transport and oil and gas industries across the UK and overseas. Specialist areas include ground investigations, contaminated land assessment and remediation and construction waste management. Projects vary in size and location, working with local clients such as Sandicliffe across the East Midlands to multi-national clients such as SITA/SUEZ and national oil and gas companies in the Gulf States.

Further plans to develop the company further during 2016 include a wider range of marketing initiatives including increased communications and PR across online and social media platforms, more staff recruitment and the launch of a new website, coinciding with their first exhibition at The Game Fair, Ragley Hall on 29th-31st July.
