Ockbrook-based Ivy House Environmental have begun the latest phase of their ongoing expansion plans. The company has tripled in size since 2016, and due to it’s ongoing success and rapid growth, the expansion plans have become necessary in order to fulfil the demands of an ever growing company.

DAVID JOHNSON – Technical Director – Richard and the team at Ivy House Environmental are thrilled to welcome Dave Johnson on board as their new Technical Director.

Dave joins us with over twenty years experience working within geo-environmental consultancies, including in Australia and New Zealand. He brings a wealth of consultant and contractor experience in brownfield/contaminated land site characterisation, ground engineering and regeneration solutions. Having experience of working with leading industry earthworks and remediation contractors, Dave’s varied skills will be a real asset.

Dave joins us from Dunton Environmental where he was Technical Manager for just under five years. He will be leading project delivery, team management and business development, whilst we draw on his technical expertise so as to support the continued growth of Ivy House Environmental.

Ivy House Environmental are a chartered environmental consultancy providing advice to the land, property, construction, waste, transport and oil and gas industries across the UK and overseas. Specialist areas include ground investigations, contaminated land assessment and remediation and construction waste management. Richard Sutton, Director and founder of Ivy House Environmental says “We are delighted at the rapid rate of growth we have experienced but it is not without its challenges to keep ahead whilst ensuring we continue to offer a first class service to our customers. Having the right team in place is key to our success and our brilliantly varied staff contingent, is what enables us to keep offering this great service whilst rapidly growing.

Watch this space to meet our new recruits and see the development plans unfolding further during the coming weeks, to include a wider range of marketing initiatives including increased communications and PR across online and social media platforms, and the eagerly anticipated Country Fair to be held at Scotland Farm on Thursday the 5th of July 2018.
